NLI International Expands Canadian Logistics Network with Acquisition of AAA Express Transportation
Toronto, Canada – [March 7th, 2025] – NLI International, a leading full-service omnichannel logistics provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of AAA Express Transportation, a well-established Canadian transportation firm specializing in regional freight and last-mile delivery services. This strategic acquisition strengthens NLI International’s position in the Canadian logistics market, enhancing its service capabilities and expanding its nationwide footprint.
AAA Express has built a strong reputation for reliability and efficiency, offering a diverse range of transportation solutions, including LTL (Less-Than-Truckload), TL (Truckload), Curtain side Flatbeds, Car, SUV, Van, Full sized Van, 24’ and 26’ Dock level and Tailgate/Super Tailgate Trucks, 53’ trailers, all with expedited freight services.
With this acquisition, NLI International will integrate AAA Express’ fleet, personnel, and expertise. AAA Express will operate as a separate sister company to NLI International and NLI Solutions.
